Being a Good Interviewer as an IC

Interviewing can feel formulaic or even robotic, and as an IC you’re often asked to run interviews without much coaching on how to do them well. This talk covers practical techniques to run better interviews: how to structure a session, put candidates at ease, extract signal, and give feedback that helps teams make better hiring decisions.
